Lusa ran over. She got to the ice edge and she jumped into the water with a big SPLASH that soaked Kallik. She swam over to her friend's ice flat and got up on it and shook the water from her pelt. "It's so lonely here," She said, looking around. There were no bears to be seen.

Kallik sighed."Yeah but I like the lonely. It's calming." Kallik loved the water on her pelt."But from that splash I don't think we will find any fish!" She joked.

"Well you should've told me!" She scooped some snow from the ice up and flung it at Kallik playfully.

Kallik ducked and tackled Lusa, pinning her playfully. "Watch it!" She laughed.

Lusa gasped as the whole weight of her (rather large) friend was carried on her shoulders.

Kallik smiled."Just watch." She whispered. Kallik crept up to the very edge of the ice flow andlied very still. She didn't move a muscle. Kallik put all her focus on the water below.
